I believe the real question has to do with the five day trip down to Florida from New York. I would check the PA web site for open Parks on your way down and pick some in your days end travel time to get off before dark. You may want to call the park direct and I believe the time you are going Feb. they will be happy to make any money they can. You may be able to swing some deals without joining PA.
