We have the same refrigerator. Just picked it up at dealer and they replaced the thermistor. This morning the fridge was down to 33. Now up to 48 with nothing in it and the doors being closed. The fins in the back are dripping water. Apparently it’s wasn’t the thermistor. We have a 2018 HC305RL.
