On the AC it sounds like you may need to have the duct replaced or the unit reseated. If air from the ceiling space is getting into the duct work that's where the condensation is coming from. The slideout motors is a known problem and catch pans should be installed under them. The lights issue could be a bad battery. I'd have it tested at an auto parts store.
