I e-mailed Dexter with the axle info and they were nice enough to provide not only their part number, but a couple of alternate part numbers too. If you check the back side of the axle you'll find the needed info on the weight rating of the axle and the lot number of the axle. The lot number is a 9 digit number. Dexter said the lot number was towards the right side of the axle, but mine was in the middle.
