We stayed there several years ago prior to our first Monte. Nice place. Had a site that backed up to the dock overlooking the water. Most of the sites are privately owned and are rented out when not in use by the owner. Not a lot to do in the CG but Hilton Head is a neat community. People seemed a little snobbish since most of them were in high dollar motor homes and we pulled in with a 30' tag-along, but we had a good time. Enjoy.
