Is there a 12vdc air pump out there that will fill a tire to 110 lbs and not take all day? That's for your input.
NO, don't buy the Ryobi. I have one. Works fine on your car tires. 36psi. That's about all. Gave it to my kids.
I went with the Dewalt DCC0201B

I already have the drill, battery charger and 2 batteries. It will run off 12v plugged into the TV/RV or 20v battery or 120v adapter (purchased separately).
Rated for 160psi. It will pump up 110psi. I believe the duty cycle is 10 min if going over 100psi. Rest time 20 min.
