If the frame is in good shape and you want to really make it easy, just replace the door. Where the door hinges is a screw on either end. Remove the screw on either end, hinge the door open about 90 degrees and the door will just slide out of frame.
If replacing frame also the trick is to get the reveal even all the way around. Keystone doesn't do a great job at doing that.
