Welcome to the 2015 MOC Annual Fall Rally!

On behalf of Sharon and myself, Royce & Ruth Anne Baden and Rick & Linda Say we want to extend a warm welcome to the 2015 Fall Rally. We are making every effort to make this an exciting and informative event for everyone.

As stated in the Rally announcement, only early registrations are being taken at this time - PLEASE use the proper registration procedure as outlined in LadyRV's announcement.

You will receive an auto reply confirming receipt of your registration. A list will be posted soon showing everyone registered for the Rally.

WE ARE COLLECTING FEES NOW

Please send your rally fees at your earliest possible convenience.

As with past Rallies, this is a VOLUNTEER-BASED event and we need YOUR help to make this YOUR Rally to meet YOUR expectations. Volunteering and contributing is not as daunting as it may seem, especially for first-timers. Getting involved gives you a sense of belonging and is an excellent way to meet and form lasting friendships with other MOC members. When the call goes out for volunteers in the Rally section of the Forum, please step up and do your fair share.

Constructive comments and suggestions are welcome and appreciated by the WM's. We can all agree that the current and past WM's are not professional rally organizers, mistakes can be made and not all decisions will be agreeable with everyone. We also have commitments and responsibilities outside of the Rally so please bear with us if we don't respond immediately. We will do our best.

Last but not least, PLEASE READ, UNDERSTAND and FOLLOW all "official" Rally announcements and direct your questions to the appropriate people (WM's, Assistants, Coordinators, MOC Admins etc.)

Stay tuned and watch for updates, we look forward to working with everyone to make this Rally one of the best!

6/16 The fees and instructions for payment have now been posted. As it states in the posting:
When you send your Fees in, it can take 7 to 10 days for it to post to PayPal and for us to get notification before updating the attendee list on the forum. Please do NOT contact us about your payment until those TEN DAYS have past.

6/22 The registration list has been posted. If you have signed up, please review the list to be sure the information is correct. 1st timers will be listed in green print. Paid will show behind you name once your payment has been processed by PayPal.

7/14 The request for volunteers has been posted. If you have already volunteered please review to be sure information is correct. If interested in an open position please reply to the post.

7/14 The tentative schedule should be posted shortly and will be updated as activities are confirmed.

7/25 The tentative schedule has been posted and will be updated weekly.

7/29 The schedule is still tentative but has been updated.

8/4 The Rally questionnaire has been sent out to the "Registration list". Please take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire and e-mail it back with a digital photo. This information and the photo are needed to put together the Rally booklet.

8/18 Be sure to read the "What's going on " post from 8/12 for activity and current sign up information. Don't miss out!

8/29 Putting the final touches on the schedule. Look for an updated schedule early next week!

9/1 PLEASE CHECK THE "REGISTRATION LIST" TO BE SURE YOU ARE LISTED CORRECTLY. If YOU NAME IS LISTED IN GREEN PRINT, YOU ARE A 1ST TIMER, IF IN BLACK YOU HAVE BEEN TO A PREVIOUS NATIONAL RALLY.
