Horror stories
Just purchased a Mountaineer 307RKD, and will take it out this weekend. I am looking forward to the trip, but with some reservations. This fiver has Mission tires on it, and I keep reading horror stories on other forums about blowouts, separations, etc on these tires. I sure don't want to spend several hundred dollars for new tires on a brand new fiver, so I'm hoping these tire failures are rare. Does anyone out there have any encouragement, or I am just an accident looking for a place to happen? Any advice appreciated.
