Thanks for all the good comments. As far as the roof repair goes, my aluminum crown molding was coming up on both sides and it was really loose. When I called Keystone they refused to repair. I told them that they are denying my repair and you have not had a dealer inspect my roof. They agreed to have my dealer look at the roof. My dealer agreed that the roof was in need of repair. After three weeks of trying to get it approved Keystone finally approved the repair. The dealer lifted the sides of the membrane and removed all of the staples and replaced with stainless steel wood screws and then put a couple of layers of gorilla tape over the screws and reinstalled the rubber membrane. The crown molding is nice and tight the way it is suppose to be.
