Looks like your awing fabric has moved. There are two screws that hold the fabric in place and if you remove them you can center the fabric again. You may need help doing this because it does not want to slide to easily. You have to hold the arm in place while tugging on the fabric. This is why the help is needed. It does look like your fabric has stretch some but this could be an optical illusion because of the winding of the fabric on the spool. Try the re-centering of the fabric first and if this does not work, you may need to buy a new awning fabric. If this is the original fabric that came on the awning it's more than likely time to replace anyway. Give the centering fix first then go from there. Good luck and let us know how things turn out.
