We have appliances, pots and pans, dishes, towels, sheets, some toiletries, etc. that stay in the Montana year round, and we keep her plugged in during the winter with a small space heater to keep the moisture out. During travel season we keep canned and packaged food in the pantry. The refrig usually isn't stocked; I just keep a list of things that are essential and see that they get in the Monty along with our clothes when we load for a trip.
