I'm always amazed at what I see as I travel. People are almost paranoid about water being in their fresh water tank for any length of time yet the will use one of those transparent hoses that coil up connected to their city water input. The fresh water tank is completely opaque and is underneath the floor where no light gets to it. Yet those hoses, because they are transparent allow the sun to beat on them and create all kinds of algae in the hose. Which is better, the fresh water tank or water coming from a hose full of algae?
