Steve, on the JT's instruction sheet they say to buy or use a 3/8 inch tap to get the "self" tappers started. That made the whole job much easier and I didn't need to cut my hands to shreds trying to reach up into the space between the frame and the skirt metal.The idiot that did your install was too lazy to go get a tap to do it right..
