Different models may have different motors and different requirements, the advice of asking the dealer's service department is a sound one. Don't ever just jump to a larger fuse/breaker without knowing the load amperage requirements of that device. Just think of your home, you wouldn't change a 20 amp breaker in your breaker box with a 30 amp breaker. There may be a reason the legs' motor is blowing the fuse. it sounds like it is a different problem that we all have had, yours pops even when lifting off the truck. My money is on a loose wire somewhere.
