Dave, have your windows down. At those low speeds you can hear the tires lock up and can see the driver's side in your mirror. However, my experience with this 3400RL and our 3295RK before that is those wheels are not going to lock up at those speeds unless I'm on dirt or gravel. They don't on hard pavement. So I experimented until I was comfortable with the stopping performance, with the understanding there's a lot of weight there and it's not stopping as quickly as I'd like.
