I know this sounds weird. But if you are hooked to electic and don't mind leaving a crock-pot cooking... try this, it's fabulous!

Put roast in crock-pot.

Take a seasoning envelope of each and mix together into a bowl or cup (just the seasoning, don't add liquid to it yet):
---Brown gravy mix
---Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
---Good Seasons Italian Dressing

Pour the mixed seasonings together over the roast.

Add two cups of water.

Add in any vegetables if you wish.

Cook for 6 to 8 hours.
