Carolyn Thanks, I do work hard, yesterday is the only day I stopped to eat a sandwich, I usually work straight through. My customer is king, I treat them like I would be doing the work for myself. On the job site I am on, the urinal wasn't working, I knew it was a Sloan flush valve kit that it needed, it only cost me $13.00, I bought the kit on the way in, and installed it in about 5 minutes. I won't charge him the cost of the parts, I just like to do a little extra for a customer.
The work is hard, my right hand finger-tips are really sore, twisting the copper wires just tears up your fingers.
I hope your service related problems and follow up repairs are going better now.
Take care, Ozz
