Dhardy, I was curious about the same thing..and did same as you ,a 3820fk and SRW with airbags and went to DRW exactly except on the Chevy side...but so far so good without the airbags.I am going to wait a couple trips and see how it goes before deciding. The one thing is for sure , the new truck handles the bigger 3820 better for us. Expensive but worthwhile upgrade.
