There is a Regional rally in the UP of Michigan after the National Rally. You may want to consider that. There are many things to see going up and around the Lake. If you are a history buff, the Henry Ford museum is well worth swinging by the Detroit area. If you don’t go around the UP (Upper Peninsula), you could go thru Canada over to Niagara Falls. After rally, going to Maine is one of our favorite activities. If you decide to go the UP route, seeing Lake Superior and Door County in Wisconsin are great sights to see. Also, what Texan wouldn’t want to stop by and see Lambeau Field. Enjoy.
