Way to go Lisa...as an ex smoker I know how hard this has been for you. I quit 19 months ago and think it was the hardest thing I have ever done. Have to admit the thought of a cigarette still passes through my mind ocassionally, but I don't want it bad enough to start over in my non smoking count. I feel so much better and when I get that urge I just say a little prayer for strength. Keep goin girl...so proud of you!!!
