The dometic 320 is longated where as the 310 is not. Most later model homes now have the longated toilets. If you have room then you will like the model 320 best and definately get the sprayer as it helps keep the bowl cleaner. This is about a 30 minute project unless you have to rearrange the water supply and or install a cut-off valve which i recommend then maybe a few minutes longer for that. My wife didn't understand why i wanted to change a perfectly good toilet for the 320 but now understands why.
