Upgraded tires, Level-Up system, dual pane windows help cut noise down a lot even if some say they don't really insulate that much, and fireplace for a good space heater so you don't use up your propane. Find a floorplan you think you like and then just spend as much time as you can in it on a lot and sit, and move around with the spouse to see if you can function in it.
