If you are buying a "trucker atlas"... buy a "Rand McNally" brand and go for the laminated one. It will last you for a long time.

It lists Low bridges and restricted roads, by state and route #,whether state or federal roads, in those states.

Electronic devices are known to have flaws,dont always keep good signal and need updates frequently. Even the "co-pilot" program in my company semi has issues and flaws.

The Google map in "satellite view", is a good resource that I use when going to new customers, to check my route and where their docks, etc are located. I DO NOT use it for travel.
