Curious if any of you Instant Pot, or similar, users have measured the power draw on the units. I'm in the deciding mode still as trying to see if it would be viable to use while boondocking. The spec sheets say 1000W but curious if the power cycles while it maintains the heat/pressure so the overall draw isn't as high. We have used out Crock Pot boon docking but the perk there is it is a lower draw and much of the draw period is during the day where my solar is usually generating excess as the batteries top off mid-day. The Instant Pot probably use less average power overall but it will be a burst late in the day when the sun is setting.
