we replaced the living carpet area with pergo this past Dec. and the jury is still out on that upgrade. A couple things to remember is if you have a drop down slide it is going to ride hard on this flooring when it jumps up to ride on top of main flooring. I am using 3 strips of teflon to lay on the main floor to let the slide ride on. On the newer models they lay a 6" wide stip of carpet in front of the slide to help with this problem. I might have to try this option to see if the strip of carpet helps. We also vacume the living area every time we run the slides in as 1 little rock or anything hard will scratch the flooring.
