I don't think a dorm refrigerator will fit in the basement. The ones we just looked at are about 33" tall and will not fit in our basement and it's taller than the basement in the older model rigs. We did find some that are about the size of a portable ice maker, they look like they may hold a couple of 6 packs. You would need one that had a door the same size [vertical] as the basement door. I also don't think there is anything in the wall for a WD and doubt you will need air bags. Everything else can be done.
