The new models drain directly to the dump pipe. Not into any tank like older models. We overflowed the gray on our 2003 Montana a couple of times.
On the older ones, w/d prep was an extra cost option available on any Montana that had a location to put the w/d. I was not aware all Montanas are now w/d prepped until I read this thread. I guess that got absorbed into one of the price increases.
Water connections and drains are there. As others said, the location for a vent should be marked. Your dealer can install them for you and take care of the vent. At least ours did.
