The prep gives you the drain and hot/cold faucets. Venting is not provided, but the area is designed to accept a vent.
Prior to 2006, only select models were prepped. In 2006, all Monty's were prepped, either in a stackable closet near the door or in a combination closet next to the bedroom closet.
