Our Montana evidently was prepped for a washer dryer. The only thing I had to do was make the hole for the vent. The electric plug was there and the water hook ups as well as the sewer drain. Concerning the wall, there was a sticker, which indicated the wall was to be used for placing the dryer vent on it. It was indicated to me that this wall is built so that you wouldn't get into any wires or studs when drilling the hole for the vent. Some washer/dryer combos are made vent less but other people on this forum indicate they don't work as good as one that has a vent.
