On my 2008 3400RL I removed the electrical panel in the toilet room and installed my hard-wired progressive EMS behind it. This also means it was sitting on the ceiling of the washer/drier closet. Worked fine for me. There was actually enough wire from the factory to cut about 2 feet from it to make a jumper from the EMS to back of panel. Did not have to buy any wire.
