I am amazed at how much paperwork, juggling, handling and scheduling goes into a person getting a package, or mail, for that matter.
When you order something to be delivered, one just assumes it leaves the place you ordered it, and fly's directly to the street corner down the block, the delivery man just stops on the way home and drops it off at your door. (Well, a simple minded person such as I.)
But in the 'real world' it works something like the following.
I ordered a Windsock shipment, it is on schedule, not here yet, but here is the tracking:
