Molly bolts may be it.

I pulled off the outside cover of the fridge, and discovered several things. The wall in question is about a foot past the side edge of this opening and only have about 2 inches between fins and outside wall to get hands or boards in there. Way too tight.

However I did discover that there is 2.5 to 3 inches between inside of wall and side of fridge such that molly bolts would fit after all, sticking into insulation somewhat. I have an endoscope that works with cell phone to see in tight places.

The two attachment slot heads on the rack would then fit over the heads of the screws. Now to find the exact size needed.
