I guess it all depends on what you are willing to pack around as far as fuel containers. You'll always loose power going with propane verses gasoline. We swapped out several of our boom lifts at work from gas to propane ... we are now OSHA friendly as far as indoor usage, but some JLG's will hardly pull themselves up a grade going from building to building.
