Same here. Fulltimed over six years, came back from Florida in May from our tenth six month snowbird season. Owned Montana units since 2002, and two other brands before that. I do plenty of preventive maintenance, learned how to do most repairs myself. In all those years, only Montana ever in the shop overnight was our 2015' once for replacement of the frig and microwave under warranty (three days) and once for replacement of a broken window (six hours). In both instances, we took the unit in, trouble ticket written, and parts placed on order. Then we continued to use the unit, bar frig in front outside storage and cardboard on the window. When we got dealer notification parts were in, we took the back to the dealer for install. We certainly have used mobile rv service on occasion, air conditioner replacement being one example. Key part of happy rv life is establishing a good relationship with a reliable dealer.
