My neighbor has a Samsung. When a problem came no dealer would look at it as no techs are trained to repair them. Samsung sent a list of repair people. They would not work on it in the RV. It did not fit through the door so it went out the rear window, repaired at the dealer and back in through the window. When he had problems again Samsung replaced it but the dealer had to take out the old and put in the new. His next will be an RV fridge he says.
My dealer always cautions those winterizing not to forget the washer and ice maker stating that those are the most often overlooked followed by the outside shower. It is said he has more floor repairs due to the 1st 2 leaking.
