We took possession of our new 2018 3950BR in July. I tried all the new stuff. I love how the oven clicks on like the stove top!!! Our previous 2007-- never used the oven once - too hard to get down to light.
The oven has lots of nice features, esp setting temperature & buzzing to let me know intrigued me -- had to try it out ---
1. Yes, the oven heat is vented into rig (☹️)
2. I set for "trial run" at low 325 degrees -- I was excited to wait for buzzer or ding to let me know when temp reached (have had older Jennaire for years & love it at home) ---- waited--- waited --- AFTER 1 hr, 15 min - checked temp reached -- barely at 280 --- this NEEDS CALIBRATION in Goshen hopefully. Will also buy oven thermometer as back-up! Da��*♀️rn!
