Actually, Vicki chased after me and kept after me until I finally slowed down to let her catch me! OK, that's not true. Our story is not really very romantic. We met because she and her co-workers were on break when I went back to the Navy base to pick up my civilian shoes (I'd forgot them and had only one pair) so a friend and I could go barhopping. And theeerrreee she was!
