I suggest you pop the cap of each leg in the propane compartment. There should be some axle grease on those gears. If not I would take some 90 weight axle oil and slowly pour it on the center and let it run down. This purpose is to lubricate the worm shaft which extends and retracts the leg. If you are hooked up to the truck run the legs up and down after lubing both legs. Once you feel they are working better then put a big glob or wheel bearing grease in the top of each leg and put the cap back on.
