I bought a plug that's used on 4" pvc pipe when they pressure test it. I then drilled a hole in the center to slide the hose thru that makes it big enough to put the tv cable thru also. I take and stuff some round foam around the hose and cable to hopeful e keep critters out. Nice thing with the plug is you can screw tighten it in the hole and it isn't that expensive.
