i do not understand the need for a rear camera for hooking up?

but then i am a 35 year long class A truck driver. and the past 3 years have been working the yard goat, just moving trailers around 12 hrs a night.
i hook up a good 100 or so times each shift.

all one needs is to know are the markers to align up right. back up slowly to lightly bump. roll forward a touch and done. even for a tt. just have the trailer hitch set correct, so it glides onto your ball.
and i only use the left mirror to see what i am doing to hook up. truck is so wide. trailers are so wide, just back up where they "fit" each other. guess too easy? at least for me.
