We had the same problem with stripes on the beams! I cleaned the entire ceiling with Awesome, product from $store, it removed the discoloring and cleaned up real nice. Wife smokes so I`m guessin its from that? It got worse thru the winter months? There is now a slight return in some areas so guess we will clean it again...........Oh well!
