I just want to clarify that the National Electric Codes specify that a 20 Amp circuit requires 12 AWG wiring. A 15 Amp circuit should be wired with 14 AWG wiring. If you have any circuits with a 20 Amp breaker and 14 AWG wiring you need to replace the breaker with a 15 Amp breaker. This way the wiring is protected from over heating and possible fire from too much current flow. If you need a 20 Amp circuit then you should upgrade the wiring on that circuit to 12 AWG.
