I hate to admit this, but probably a few times I have put the funnel in the main diesel tank while I am undoing the cap to the Blue DEF, and then look and go holy s--t and switch the funnel before I pour? It's just that you are always putting diesel fuel in, and hardly the DEF, so you always are pulling the diesel plug out and it almost becomes habit?? So far i have not poured yet! :-)
