Thanks Guys I went to lowes and they had some nice looking 1/4 by 2" molding but I would have had to stain it to match my Oak. But you can get some nice prefab pcs there. All the seams are on a metal truss so I just drilled and countersunk #8/1" screws in the truss. The old strips are air nailed right to the metal truss so I took a putty knife and sliped it under them and they came right down. I tapped the nails up and installed the new strips over them. After I got the pcs ready it only took about an hour to replace all of them even the short pc in the bathroom.
