Atwood hydro-flame 8500-IV diagram shows you have to take motor assembly apart to get to sail switch and limit switch is on main furnace box near exhaust area. You can meter this via the connector that plugs into the control module's blue and white wires...but you would have to manually close the sail switch to get a reading. Looks like you would need to pull the furnace and take apart on the bench. You might want to blow high volume air into the air intake to see if you can clear away a mouse nest, spider webs, etc first.
