This has happened twice with me. I sent the first belt clip back to Otterbox and had to pay something like $5. I decided it was not worth it on the second one which broke in exactly the same place (I expect you know where it was).
I mentioned it to my daughter who said, "Dad, I can pick one up for you." She did, and that was in a relative small city of Longview, Texas. It was from some kind of resale shop. I recommend this over going through Otterbox. It was immediate and cost less and works just as good--in fact it is a real Otterbox belt clip.
