Wife and I love the solid steps, it rain several days on us during our last trip and it was of no consequence. Just placed an ol towel down, very little water transferred inside, most left the treads while lifting up. As stated by a previous member, a bench brush or whisk broom gets rid of any dirt or debris. I consider the new solid steps much safer than the fold out we’ve had on previous units.
