We pack ours in the cases we buy them in (Costco & Sams-great prices/selections/& all the boxes you need). We used to keep them in a cabinet, but have been carrying them in the bottom of the tub. One broke once having them wrapped & in a cabinet before we started using the boxes. Now if they ever do break, wine is down the drain, glass is easy to clean up, wine is easy to get to after a long travel day, and there is less weight in the cabinet.
