again you are very lucky. My HC 375 FL has been sitting for 2 parts that were ordered expedited approved by Owner relations on 8/10 or 23 days ago. So I guess it depends on the part. I think I could have ordered both parts from the vendors and had them here in n more than 7 days. The Dealer has little control over how long it takes for Keystone to supply parts.
I am waiting on my first positive Keystone Experience.
